2024 AEP Confirmation Sheet

Thank you for allowing us to continue to help you with your Medicare coverage needs. As we approach the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you should remember a few things. Medicare Annual Enrollment runs from October 15 – December 7; this is when you can change your plan for the following calendar year.

SATISFIED WITH YOUR CURRENT PLAN? If you are happy with your current coverage, please submit the form below indicating you are all set with your current plan. Your plan will renew automatically on January 1. However, be aware that plans can change yearly, so review your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) carefully, and if you have questions about your current coverage, let us know.
